Service desk team are amazing. However, noticed for last three visits for changing the oil doesn't seem they are adding any oil. I had aloud sound in the engine and when checked was almost quarter even though the meter setting for next change almost 6.ooo km more. Also, every time I ask for tapping the coolant I check its the same and I had to add by myself. Last three weeks I had loud sound in the engine and took it to a mechanic and told me the problem is that the oil very very low. Not happy with results
